A series of books, which enhance the Catching Fire Framework, will be reviewed by members of our networking team and other selected reviewers. Suggested Reading title: Meeting Jesus Again For the First Time Meeting Jesus Again for the First Time (Harper Collins) – the Historical Jesus at the Heart of Contemporary Faith by Marcus J Borg is situated within an area of theology called Christology. Writings in the area of Christology focus on the person and significance of Jesus Christ.

Borg has a major focus on Jesus of Nazareth, the historical person, in the religious, cultural, social and political situation in which he lived his earthly life of some thirty three years or so from around 6BC (BCE) to 28 AD (CE). Meeting Jesus Again For the First Time focuses on this historical world of Jesus earthly life in order to underline and explain the significance of the historical Jesus of Nazareth for contemporary faith and in particular contemporary Christian faith.
